Staffs were nice & helpful, good location.

Room was a bit old, door handle had a rusty screw pointed out of it, closet door were broken, & lack of bathroom amenities, head pillow wasn't really comfortable.

Very Good

The breakfast was very good, really huge selection of food. The extra-bed was not ready at the time of our arrival. But we did nt need it at the end, as the king-size bed was comfy enough for 2 adults and a child.

The surrounding beach view is very nice.

Front staff was not smiling at all when I asked to change room because the room next to me is very noisy. She looked upset as if I troubled her.

Nice and comfortable hotel, a great place to relax with an ocean view

The room is big, the view is wonderful

They have a coffee machine however they didn't put the power outlet nearby the machine so I couldn't use it

What was the highlight of Mercure Convention Center Ancol

Comfortable stay, great meals, fabulous massage all at the hotel

The hotel was located close to where the 2023 Formula E / Jakarta e-prix event was being held - this was why we had come to Jakarta! Loved the buffet breakfast! We enjoyed a couple of dinners, drinks at the bar and the live music. I also had a lovely massage provided by the on-site masseuse. It was really easy to get about in Jakarta using the Grab app for ride services.

We didn't realise until we actually arrived in Ancol, that you need to pay an entry fee of 25,000 rupiah each time you enter the area. We asked some staff at the hotel about it and they said that they too had to pay the entry fee when they came to work! They advised that if we were staying for a week (we were only staying 5 nights) that they could have provided us with a pass to be able to come in to the area without having to pay the fee. It would have been nice to know about this entry fee in advance.

Wonderful

The rooms are very clean, room service is great. Breakfast is wonderful and the facilities in the hotel is super for families. Ancol is perfect for families and the shuttle busses transfer you between the facilities of ancol for free.

Rooms can be bigger. Hotel must come up with agreement with ancol management for entry and exit of hotel guests without fees. You have to pay 25k rupiah per person for every time you go out of ancol area.

We were greeted well by the staff. Rooms were clean. Many lovely activities on weekend like exercise in water for kids and face painting. Range at breakfast was good however many breakfast items took forever to replace with a full tray of food when they ran out. The location is across the road from eco park. Great for an early morning run and/or bike ride (rentals available).

Long line for checkin and had to wait 40 minutes for rooms to be ready. There was a mixup with breakfast. As on booking.com breakfast is included, I assume for two people as the room booking was for two adults. However when we got to the restaurant, it was written that our rooms had only included one pax for breakfast.

Amazing hotel with amazing facilities in the amazing complex. Me & my family don't have to go out the complex to enjoy all the amazing facilities (Dufan, Gelanggang Samudra, Sea World, Swimming pool, Gondola, beach etc). Very recommended for families!

The limit tickets per day for the front gate is a bit not convenient, especially when family & friends want to come to meet us at the hotel, but it's not a big problem, just talk to their very friendly staffs, they are always happy to help you. Other than that, everything's very excellent!

The ocean view is fantastic from the balcony. The breakfast time is until 10.30 so you're not in a rush for breakfast. The childran really love the swimming pool with the slides.

The check in time should be earlier or the sames as other hotels in common.

Have to ask for a car pass every time you go out since the hotel is in a park. And it is limited to only one time pass per day. Because of the location, taxis pass thru rate is low so always have to wait for a while. Same for Grab cars too.

We had a city view room. And from the 7th floor, we can see jakartas city night light from our beds. It was pretty amazing.

staff were very helpful, check in check out process were flawless, our rooms were Grand Deluxe Ocean Balcony with great ocean view, comfy mattress with one sofa bed, nice swimming pool for kids, Ecopark entry is just across the street for morning walk, jogging, biking and street food breakfast, easy access to the beach, hotel is surrounded by three good restaurants Mang Engking, Rumah Kayu and Simpang Raya

We booked 5 rooms and got one room with very bad smell, could be from AC system. However the staff and duty manager were helpfull and replaced the room with a good one in the same floor

Cleaning stuff annoyed us almost every morning to come and clean rooms early Even knocking door at 9 am... Changed places of my stuff and throw somethings from it to garbage. At the reception they didn’t mention we need to get free pass to enter Ancol gates, had some problems with it

I liked that the rooms were big and there were enough space to play cards and relax out in the balcony.

The room smells like a very dirty toilet, because when we came in it smells like stinky toilet, not one but all three rooms, at first we thought that the smell would go away but it stayed throughout our stay, another thing is that the Wifi was really slow, and when we tried to connect to our Wifi we had to share the internet with other rooms because we had no dedicated wifi in our room.
